Hello, Brownings! I am looking for information about my great-grandparents, Elizabeth Bolton and William Henry Browning, who were born in Manchester, England and moved to the United States sometime before 1871, when my grandfather, William Mowbray Browning, was born in Philadelphia. He died in 1954 in Oklahoma City. Their other children were Margaret Ann (born about 1865, married Robert Harper); Thomas Walter, president of the Chicago Board of Trade (b. abt. 1867, m. Ester St. John); James Bolton (b. abt. 1869, d. abt. 1870); Nelle Kingston (b. abt. 1873); Ralph Rushton, president of Union Carbide (b. abt. 1875, m. Louise Walsh); and Marion (b. abt. 1890, m. F.E. Toensmeier in 1943). I am interested in learning more about William and Elizabeth -- or in hearing from any of their other descendants.
