Anyone out there have a Lucius or an L.Q. Browning in their databases? I'm checking for another researcher who may or may not be on this forum. L.Q. was Lucius' father. Lucius died in early 1900's on Oklahoma, aged 22 or 23. His obit says his father (L.Q.) was "resting in Elkhart Co., Indiana" when he heard the news of his son's death. Lucius had a sister named Anna Lou Browning, b. c1885-90, who married John Bardin King. She was a schoolteacher and she died June 23,1924 in Duncan, Stephens Co., Oklahoma. She had a son named James Browning King. He knows nothing else. No death certificate -- they keep sending him the wrong one so he doesn't know where Anna was born, excepting family thought Indiana or Illinois.
