    1. [BROWNING] Joshua Browning Estate, Bourbon Co KY
    2. Having seen references to the will of Joshua Browning probated in Bourbon Co in 1814, I searched for it at the KY Archives in Frankfort and found that Joshua died intestate. There are, however, documents pertaining to the administration of Joshua's estate. Court Order Book E, p355-356 December Court 1814 (5 Dec 1814) "Administration of the Estate of Joshua Browning deceased is granted to James Browning who made oath thereto and together with William Redman and Abraham Moore his securities executed and acknowledged bond in the penalty of three hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs. Certificate is granted." p356 Appraisers appointed: James Moore, Jacky S. Hitt (or Hito), John Moore and John Diniwiddie. Other documents pertaining to Joshua's estate, which I did not have time to look at, include: Will Book E: Sale p200, Inv p250; Est Sch A Set p70 Order Book E: Sales p360, Sett p498, Sett p507 Jane Browning Groth San Antonio, TX
