St. Charles County and Audrain County MO. I have been hitting a brick wall though with my GG grandfather William or as most called him Young Browning. I have a copy of his marriage certificate to Catharine Groce in St Charles MO. All I know is he died before 1860 and the rest is a mystery. Do these ring a bell? I hope maybe we can help each other.
