Jim, does this follow the Brownings who came from Tennessee/Alabama around 1865 (?) to Johnson Co Texas. Included a Charles Browning I believe. Maybe this is not enough info for you. If not I will try to get more info to you. One ancestor was a Robert Browning who married a Kimbrough. She was dau I believe of Thomas Kimbrough and Elenanor Graves (She was dau of Thomas Graves).
