(etc...) Recorded: OS 3:351-353. Page 284, 29 September 1806 James and Mary THOMAS to John SHIOR (?), Fayette Co, PA. 50 acres on Big Sandy, adjoining Robert BROWNFIELD. Patented to John England, 26 November 180[?], and conveyed by him to Thomas. (etc....) Recorded: OS 4:15-16. Page 296, 17 April 1802 WILL of Thomas BERRY. Wife Rachel: plantation where I live, during her lifetime. After her death, to be divided among children as per: 121 acres to sons Curtis and John, John to have the part adjoining Little Sandy Creek. Curtis to pay youngest son Nathan L13.8, and John to pay him L6.12 when Nathan comes of age. If the 200 acres on Little Sandy that Berry claims, adjoining James Sullivan, can be obtained, Nathan is to have 100 acres of it and Curtis and John need not pay him the L20 called for above. The remainder of the tract, if obtained, to be divided among four daughters, Margret Berry, Sarah Berry, Elisabeth Berry, and Rachel Berry.
