Diane, I am corresponding with a Josey Brown in Manitoba, Canada who says she is related to me through the Brown line. Apparently, we have a matching DNA line, although I have not seen it. I don't know where she is looking. However, her grandfather, William Brown, b. 1874 was supposed to have been born in NY. Where, I don't know. She claims she is part Indian. I don't know whether this is on her mother's side or father's. Will let you know. Her mother died when she was 20 years old and really doesn't know much about her family.
