Hi, My Brown line dead ends with a James Brown who died (I believe) about 1818 (last time on the tax record) in Hardin County, Kentucky. He was perhaps from Virginia - do not know where. My Carter lilne dead ends with a Samuel Carter, who died 1810 in Hardin County, Kentucky. He was from NC - have not found where I have no Vans Browns in my genealolgy... Sorry!
