I am researching my great, great uncle, Dan Brown. His full name is Daniel Flower Brown, born 30th May 1870 at Bristol, England, UK. His mother was Esther, (formerly Hester) Brown, nee Flower. Father was Daniel Brown. Dan was the youngest of five children. Older siblings were John, Sarah, (my great grandmother) Stephen and Elizabeth. Daniel went to Canada when he was about 14 or 15, in 1884/85 and then on the USA. In 1891 he visited his family in the UK, (he was 21) but nothing was heard of him after that. I would love to know more about him. All I have is the family story handed down but I don't know how much of it is true. Mary.
