    1. Re: [BROWN] BROWN Digest, Vol 2, Issue 88
    2. I am trying to connect any family with a Elizabeth Catherine Brown. She was born abt. 1835 poss. in Georgia and died bet. 1900 - 1905 poss. in Mississippi. What I know: Elizabeth married Agenton Farmer around 1865. He was around 15 yrs. older than Elizabeth and had several prior marriages and children. Elizabeth's last know residence was in Perry Co. MS. where she is listed in the 1900 Perry Co., Mississippi census, living with Agenton and a grandson named Cicero Bradley. Elizabeth Catherine Brown and Agenton Farmer had possibly 4 - 5 children. Thomas, George, Ida, and Augustus. Thomas - b. 1866 in either Alabama or Georgia George - b. 1868 in Georgia Ida - b. abt. 1873 in Mississippi Augustus - b. 1875 in Jasper Co. Mississippi What I have been told by family: Elizabeth Catherine Brown was a child/ grandchild of a William Brown which had migrated from VA, SC, GA to AL. Catherine was part Cherokee Indian Catherine and Agenton also had a daughter named Lou which died at a young age. Does any one have a connection to this Catherine or could she possibly be a child of William P. BROWN and Princes "Little Feather" who was known as Elizabeth? Thank you, Donna ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
