Today is the last day of my World Deluxe Ancestry subscription and I have decided not to renew. Looking for my "Brown" ancestors, have done the Brown DNA project but cannot get back before my gggrandfather John E Brown born Nov 1822 in New York State. I have not been able to find brothers or sisters or father. I do know his mothers first name was Lydia, her husband a Brown died then she married a man with the last name Longbottom. She was born in 1802 in Vermont. So would you please give me the links that you have had the most success with in searching these states in particular New York State.
