Henry Allen Brown is my brick wall Brown. The earliest record I have for him is his marriage to Jane Maple, 16 Dec 1821 in Jefferson Co., OH. He was born in PA about 1793. I don't know when he came to Jefferson Co., OH. There are several Brown families with males that could be him.
