    2. Mark Catarrh would make sense. Essentially translates to Bronchial Discharge. If he died from it then it would be a case of his bronchial tubes filling with fluid of some sort and pretty much drowning him... like bronchial pneumonia/ bronchitis some people still call it "walking pneumonia".
