I've "rescued" an old photograph of Isabelle BROWN which was taken at the Mather & Gaughan Studio in "Soo" Michigan. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with little Isabelle less than 1 year old at the time it was taken. In addition to her name, someone has written "Sault Ste. Marie, Mich." and "APTED Married" on the back of the photograph. I am guessing based on the note that Isabelle's married name was APTED. Thanks for a BROWN Family Researcher we know the following about Isabelle: Annie Isabelle BROWN was b. 1892 in MI to parents William H. and Sarah Ann BROWN She married William APTED whose brother was Stephen APTED I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that this wonderful old treasure can be returned to the care of her family.
