    3. Merry Xmas to all. Edward Brown, born 1808, papers say he is from Tn, from Ky, and his father from Va. Unable to find proof on either one. His father was named Avery, Every, or some such spelling. His mother was Mary, unknown surname. When Edward married (1844), he gave them both as deceased. Edward is in Texas by 1835/36. He fought in the Texas Revolution and Mexican War. Died 1886/88. Does anyone have a missing brother, son, father, uncle or maybe just "gone to texas" person in their family tree? Several family researchers have taken the stand that he is from Tn and given up the search, but I can not, don't know why I can not accept it. Need help. tia greg
