Looking for lineage of a John BROWN who married Mariah GORDING (read GORDON) about 1794. The marriage date is very approximate. The Corinth, VT vital records show that Mariah GORDING, the wife of John BROWN was born March 3, 1774. John BROWN sells land to my gggrandfather, Robert GORDON, in 1801.
