Eileen, Did you have a William Brown or a Charles Brown in your backgrounds? Both worked with the railroads at one time. William was killed at the Kellogg Toasted Corn Flake company in May 1910. His wife was Ida M. Brown, who died in 1946. Charles (born Franklin Co. NY State) was probably his father and he was from Port Huron, according to old papers in the family.
