Suzanne I am also researching OSBURN (spelled various ways, but our spelling of this surname was OSBURN). I understand yours is used as a "first name" but sometimes Surnames got tacked onto our ancestors as first names. I do know that they (my OSBURN's) were in AL at this time, in Perry Co AL. They also were in Cherokee Co AL (by Tenn.) However, My OSBURN has no relation to my BROWN.
