I don't think you are supposed to put information about LIVING people on these lists. It can be used for identity theft. Marilyn
If it is without their knowledge, I agree we shouldn't. I have run into an even worse case -- there is a Juanita Blankenship <jjjb@comwares.net> who somehow got hold of a part of my research, and has put all my kids and grandkids on rootsweb.com, without my permission. I have asked her repeatedly to take them off, but she refuses. And to top it off, she accuses me of being ashamed of my kids and grandkids if I don't want her to put them on rootsweb.com. So, we also have to be careful who we share our research with.
