Hi All, Does anyone have information on the BROWNs who lived in Liberty County, TX in the 1860 census? Also, there is a John M BROWN who was in Union County, Arkansas in 1850, and Claiborne Parish, LA in 1860. He was born abt 1815 in GA. He seems to have followed same migration pattern as my 3rd great grandfather, John Wiley BROWN. They both pattented land in Claiborne Parish in 1853. I know that they are not Father/son because they are both abt the same age. I am wondering if they might be cousins. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
