I am searching for parents & or siblings of Andrew Jackson Brown. Born 1836 in Washington County, TN. Married Adeline (Ann E.) West same location 31 Jan. 1867. Census of 1870 finds them living in house with Addie's father, Joseph West in Jonesborough, Washington County, TN. They had two children by that time, William H age 2 & Sarah age 1. There is a David Brown, age 8 that appears in the household, working on farm. I don't know how he fits into the Brown family. Andrew is stated as age 32, and Addie at 23. Perhaps David is his son by a previous wife. (?) Both Andrew (d Jan. 1915), and Addie (d. 1926), are buried in the New Hope Cemetery, Azle, Parker County, TX. The town of Azle straddles the Parker-Tarrant County line. Does anyone connect? Jean Quinn TX
