    3. I understood that the first name was Originall; you posted correctly, but even if you didn't, we're all friends (none of us perfect) and appreciate each person who takes the time to post. Who knows? One of you may have that missing link that I (or others) need. Now, to my response to the Brown-Rockwell line....I don't have any of your Brown info, but wonder if the Rockwell line has any connection to Porter Rockwell, personal body guard of the Mormon Prophet, Joseph Smith, Jr b. in NY. If so, there may be information to be found at www.familysearch.org. You might try researching Rockwell and other surnames related by marriage; that method has brought me quite a bit of information on some of my other lines. Please keep me in mind if you are researching a Brown line in 1700-1800 in western (Rockbridge, ?Autauga counties) Virginia. BTY, what/where is LI? Lana Floyd James S.
