Well, I guess I better report in here. I believe that I qualify as a member of the Pennsylvania branch of the Cheshire line. An ancestor of ours came to northwestern Pennsylvania (Warren Co.) and purchased 5,000 acres of land from an Indian named Blue Eye. I only live a few miles from there. There is a minor tourist attraction on Brooks Hill called Brooks Rocks, but I think it is no longer open to the public. There is also a small Brooks cemetery on Brooks Hill. My maternal grandmother was nee Frances Brooks. She was born in a log cabin located on Brooks Hill. Some members of our branch moved to Oregon many years back. I corresponded with one of them fairly recently. Mr. Edia Monroe Silvis
