"This is a database compiled mostly from FHL microfiche of the Albany City Directory of New York State. It currently covers the years 1813-1854 and thanks to Jean's recent email to the Brooks mailing list I was able to add 1859. There is no directory for 1836. I hope to have this database finished up to 1861 by the end of February, just one last order of fiche. The two gentleman in bold are brothers John and David Brooks.
