The information in the record follows exactly a biography of Rufus Pomery Birdseye in "The Empire State in Three Centuries," v.3 (Century History Company), so that's probably the author's basic source, but adds additional details (several marriages of the descendant daughters) which clearly come from sources other than the published biography.
