The whole thing is appalling. Mrs. Walmart can acquire it from her millions for her proposed Arkansas Museum and put it along side the famous painting she stole out from under everybody with her millions to the NY Public Library. The Library set a dangerous precedent when it sold the Durand Hudson River School painting and other works in such a way. I emailed the National Archives to be sure they are aware of this story. Not sure they purchase such documents, but a place for the word to spread. Cheshire Jean
