For any of the group interested in Cheshire, CT, you might like to look at some of the old houses around the green that were photographed in the 1930s and are now in the Library of Congress collection. If you don't know about their photographic collection, it is massive and on line. Find your state, then add any search from town location to generic terms like Farm, Woods, Landscapes, etc. Go to www.loc.gov/rr/print/ Then click on Prints, Photographs Online Catalog on the left paragraph area.
