I found a marriage record for my g-grandfather, Andrew J. Aldrich (listed as "Aldridge"). He married (by J.P.), Sep. 30, 1864, Mrs. Louisa Brooks, b. 1843. I know from my grandfather's marriage license that her maiden name was Mollet (although another researcher in the 60s had her surname as "Mellot"). I'd like to know who the "Mr." was and who her parents/siblings were. She apparently had a five-year-old daughter, Elizabeth, when she married my g-grandfather.
