    3. "Hello again Cousins!" I am thinking that we are looking at some of the same family. Please check out what I have for this family and compare against what you had written below. Can't help but believe that we are likely looking at one and the same family??? Descendants of William Harrison BROOKS and Belle BRUNSON 1. William Harrison1 BROOKS, born abt 1833 in , Onondaga, NY; died in , , MI; buried in Vandalia, Cass, MI, son of Mark F. BROOKS and Mary Catharine WILCOX. He married abt 1869 Belle BRUNSON, born abt 1851 in , , IN. Notes for William Harrison BROOKS 1860 Cass Co., MI census, Penn TWP, page 261. 1880 Livingston Co., MI census, Putnam TWP, 16-195/17-27. Buried at Young's Prarie Cemetery per Jack D. BROOKS, great-grandson. Children of William Harrison BROOKS and Belle BRUNSON were as follows: 2 i John M.2 BROOKS, born abt 1870 in , , MI. 3 ii Samuel W.2 BROOKS, born abt 1872 in , , MI; died 18 Oct 1924; buried in Cassopolis, Cass, MI. He married Kate (---), born abt 1875 in , , KS; died 23 Mar 1956; buried in Cassopolis, Cass, MI. If my theory is correct this is the same Samuel BROOKS who died at age 53 in 1924, and is buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery. 1920 Cass Co., MI census, 8-127/2-66. 4 iii Edward T.2 BROOKS, born abt 1874 in , , MI; died 1946. 5 iv Roy J.2 BROOKS, born abt 1877 in , , MI. 6 v William H.2 BROOKS, born 1879 in , , MI. 7 vi Clarence2 BROOKS, born Est 1881/85; died abt 1978/79. 8 vii Jack2 BROOKS, born Est 1870/1885. I am not absolutely certain that Jack is not one and the same individual as John M. BROOKS! The above William Harrison BROOKS was the older brother of my family' Samuel Bingham BROOKS, who was one of my second great-grandfathers. If you happen to concur that we are indeed looking at one and the same family, can trace our BROOKS family back to Henry BROOKS of Woburn, MA: Name: Henry BROOKS Sex: M Birth: Abt 1591/1592 Place: ,,ENG Chr: Place: Marr: Spouse: Unknown-102870 Marr: Spouse: Susanna BRADFORD-72356 Marr: 12 Jul 1682 Spouse: Annes JORDAN-72379 Death: 12 Apr 1683 Place: Woburn,Middlesex,MA Burial: Place: Father: Thomas ?
