The well-known Barbour Collection is an index of the various towns' vitals compiled by (Lucius?) Barbour, who if memory serves was CT Secretary of State. But the Hale Collection is a new resource to me, and I'd like to know more about it. Please send any replies to the list, not to me privately, so that we can all benefit.
