My mother was born in April of 1960 and was put up for adoption right after. The adoption was closed, hence not having a lot of information. She was born: Victoria Ann Brogan, but was called Vikki by the ladies of the adoption agency, which is now closed. Her name was changed in 1965 or '66, after she was adopted. As you can tell, I am at a dead end. I'm not finding a whole lot of Brogans in Michigan to begin with and I just don't know where to go...I have had someone email me with a couple websites and links, but it really didn't pan out. ANY INFORMATION would be greatly appreciated!! If anyone's heard about a baby that was put up for adoption...rumors, stories, ANYTHING!! Maybe they will match something that I've heard...as there have been stories behind the adoption...but just stories. My mother passed away in October 2012. She will always be remembered as "The Queen Bee." She literally was the first. But all my life there has alw! ays been mystery behind where we (mom, sister, me and brother) come from. After I joined the Army in 1999 and went through all of the rigamaroar of family medical history there is still even more mystery...any help...from...anybody...
