Broadwater born October 10, 1827 in South Carolina; died in Russell County, AL October 5, 1884. married to Bunnetta B. Gray on October 12, 1854 Their children: John Henry Broadwater(my g-grandfather) b. 1854 d April 1910 Mollie Broadwater Burton B. Broadwater b. June 14, 1874 d. July 29, 1952 Daniel Broadwater The information on the descendants I have, if you need them, I will give you. My intent is finding Charles parents or other family members. A very nice lady named Nancy Meaux sent me information saying that a Charles Broadwater resided in Edgefield County, SC in 1850 and that he was 23 years of age, which would match up perfectly with my Charles date of birth. There was also a Charles Broadwater listed in the Edgefield census of 1790. A father or uncle perhaps? At the time of the 1850 census, this possible Charles was living with a D.J.
