I am trying to trace my roots; I'm new to this site and to trying to trace my family. In my branch I think I am the only surviving Broadhurst male and I did not inherit much information because my father died when I was young and my grandfather died before I was born. Broadhurst (b.1894 Lowell MA-d. 1939 Norwich CT), son of: John Thomas Broadhurst (b. 1866 Nova Scotia-d. 1930 Norwich CT), son of James Broadhurst (b. 1839? Ashby de la Zouch, England-d. 1898 Halifax, Nova Scotia), son of (John?) Broadhurst, lived in Ashby de la Zouch. Any help appreciated. I would like to try to sort out the family history and origins.
