    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: rhopkins523 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.broadhurst/309.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: She is listed at new.familysearch with a spouse named John C. Broadhurst. There were no children listed. Perhaps with his name you will be able to do some more research and find the names of children in the 1910 census. Good luck! I hope this helps. William married Frankey Harville in January 1788 (marriage bond between William Broadhurst and Hazael Harville for the marriage of their children William Broadhurst and Frankey Harville. Signed and dated 31 Dec 1787. Fauquier County, VA) William and Frankey had 5 sons. William had used the abbreviation "B.hurst" in numerous documents and when his son Samuel arrived in Missouri, they recorded the name as "Behurst" or "Beherst" and that stuck with the descendents of Samuel Broadhurst/Behurst.
