Hi All, Do you have an Elizabeth in your genealogical records that went missing in the Birmingham area, circa 1818 ? I am researching the maiden name of my Jewish 4 times great grandmother, Elizabeth, born circa 1800 from Warwickshire, possibly Aston, but most likely from the Birmingham area. If you are able to assist me, it is unlikely you would know her married name, as she married my 4g grandfather in about 1818-1820. I understand that most Jewish marriage records from this early period in Birmingham are now lost and she would have disappeared from your family genealogical radar at the point of this marriage. The first sighting I have of her is as married, with several listed children, on the 1841 census, where she has a tick in the box for born in Warwickshire.
