    3. My grandfather (from Rietavas, Lithuania) travelled from Southampton on Cape Town in November 1921 on a ship named "Briton", the steamship line appears to read: "Union - Castle Mail SS Coy Ltd.". His name appears along with a travelling companion cousin in a manifest list of Alien Passengers Embarked at the Port of Southampton. The manifest details has the last address in the United Kingdom - this is given for these two travellers as "310 Moorgate St" or "310 Moorgate St Chambers". Does anyone know what this might have been? Googling thows up only one result for 310 Moorgate Street suggesting it was indeed some form of accommodation at that time - was it a hotel, some form of hostel, an accommodation address? Alternatively, I have found a professional services firm operating out of 307-310 Moorgate Station Chambers. There is a picture of Moorgate Chambers on an English Heritage website. Any thoughts gratefully appreciated. Regards Marcus Shapiro
