It says Aharon but not son of Chaim. A couple of the letters are not very clear (at least to me) but it seems to say R'Aharon Bar and then the letters appear to be "Shin Reysh Gimmel Aleph" and the last word looks like "Peh Ayin Bet Vav Shin". The unclear letters are the first Shin (which could possibly be something like lamed ayin) and the Ayin. If you like, I can run to Bushey cemetery to see if it is clearer looking at the actual stone.
