I also found a Woolf Hessel Hershelowitz in the 1911 census born abt 1908. Since "G" and "H" can be interchangeable, this person could also be another possibility. His parents were Israel Wolf and Pauline. If he changed his name, it would seem that he would be buried under the "new" name. Maybe a call to the cemetery or the people overseeing it could clarify for you.
