I found an article in the Jewish Chronicle from 2008 about Harris Woolf & Mary Gersholowitz who are buried at Edmonton. I think this is a different man. It says Mary was buried there 100 years ago. Also, there is a Harris Woolf Gersholowitz (1 year old child) in the 1911 census. His father was Lewis.
