I'm not surprised to hear that the JC website is infected as I was refused each time I tried to log in. They said I had given the wrong password. I knew I hadn't since I gave the one that they wrote in my renewal letter.After wasting a aweek or so, I phone the JC and the IT department said it was not my fault that there was a fault at their end. Then I was able to use it again last week.
