Sonya, I'm connected to an English Ansell branch via my great uncle Alexander Harris, 1850-1905. His daughter Sophia married Arthur (real name was Isaac) in 1903, and his son Alfred married Arthur's sister in 1905. Lily and Arthur's parents were Angell (real name Edward) Ansell and Katie Cohen. Don't know why the Ansell's didn't like their given names! Is this a branch of the same family? I think it was Judy Wolkovich who gave me some Ansell info. thanks David
