If anyone has a copy of Harold Lewin's Great Synagogue Marriages, could they be kind enough to look up two marriage in January 1840. According to my own transcripts, the Synagogue Secretary has entered an almost identical English name - Harriet Myers\Meyers - to two consecutive brides. The Hebrew name is also the same Tsipora or Ziporah but the patronyms are different [my refs GSM 349/29 8 Jan 1840 and GSM 349/29 15 Jan 1840] Both names appear for the GRO Mar Quarter of 1840.
