Dear Lesley, Lewis seems to have been in London, at least during the 1830's and 40's. There are a number of reference to Lewis, Aaron and Henry in the London Gazette, for example: NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Lamertje and Lewis Worms, of Whitechapel-Road, ,in the County of Middlesex, Blacking-Makers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due to or owing from the said j Copartnership will be received and paid by the said George Lamerte, wbo continues the said business, and who" is hereby,- authorised to pay and receive the same : As witness our hands-- this 31st day of August 1822. - Geo.
