Jackye You should receive an email asking you to verify your email address. If you don't, try logging in again, & you should get a message with the option of requesting the verification email to be re-sent. Once you get the verification email and click on the link, you should be OK but you will probably have to sign in again! The same thing happened to me this morning but I can now access the records.
