    3. Have you thought of looking in Liverpool? There are a couple of LEVIN births in West Derby in the right time-frame. It might be worth writing to the registrar and asking for a check of the births registered to see if the mother is the right person. For this you need to send the money for one birth certificate (and postage) before they will search at Liverpool Registrar's Office.
