The British Library has a large collection of electoral rolls. You could check there for yourself at St Pancras.Check here http://www.bl.uk/services/reading/reading.html for details of identification etc that you must take to become a reader. Best to arrive early in the morning as since it has been made available to undergraduates it has become overcrowded as opposed to just busy before. Is there anyone in the Bournemouth area who could check the electoral roll for Arthur Anthony Daniel White (known as Tony) who married Helen Van Weezenbeek, and let me know their address? I thought with such a maiden name I might be able to trace a relative of Helen, but no luck so far. Thanks in anticipation.
