Hi Listers, I am searching for a Clare Ziporah Braithwaite, she submitted a Page of testimony to Yad Vashem, for her Great Grandfather who perished in the Camps.. She gave her address as Woodsome road London, but I have done all the searches I can on the "net", and have come up with nothing. The page of Testimony is typed and undated, so I don't know when it was submitted. I have just found this new "branch" to my family. It turns out her Grandmother, and mine were sisters, and I would very much like to contact Claire.Her families names were Gizella & Adolph Mayer from Gyor in Hungary. .If anyone knows of her, and can either give me her contact details or if she can contact me directly, it would be greatly appreciated. If you search Jewisgen's Holocaust database, you'll find a Dr. Adolph Mayer of Gyor listed as a victim at Auschwitz. Family Tree of the Jewish People also has someone you can contact researching Adolph Mayer from Gyor married to Gizella Gold so everything fits with the page of testimony.
