For Leeds, Naomi, definitely not, according to Murray Freedman some years ago. It seems to be quite a modern thing to record all these "mile stones" and apparently there was no need to record any of this for religious reasons. I just think certain mohel's kept their own records, maybe for interest, or maybe to show what they did with their time?
