    3. Hi, I could do with some help. I am looking at the SHIBKO families. I have NO personal interest. I have looked at all the "normal" sites, JC, JCR-UK, Free BMD and UKBMD, well-known census site etc. I have the following conundrum: 16 Strand, Ystradyfodwg in 1891 census shows: Samuel SHIBKO (widower) pawnbroker, born Podemibky, Poland (He died in 1927 in Cardiff according to JC) His 3 sons: Emanuel & Israel born (c1879 and c1881 respectively) Dobra, Russia and Elijah born (1887) Hull There is a marriage in 1895 of a Samuel to a Dora SAMUELS in Shoreditch is this the same Samuel? There are 2 marriages Israel (1907), Elijah (1911) both in Whitechapel Yet, I have been unable to find any of them in the 1901 census. I have tried all the "normal" options, and am just drawing a blank. Can anyone help with a) 1901 census; b) confirming if Samuel/Dora marriage is the right Samuel; c) anything else! TIA (BTW I am still waiting for help with the Hebrew on my submission to Digital View) Sherry

    3. Hello Sherry, Don't know if this will help but there is a naturalisation record of Abraham Shibko in 1897 in Cardiff. No mention of anyone else.
