Pls disregard my previous post on this subject. This is a correction of my earlier post. Might anyone be researching the SYMONS family & recognize any of these names? In researching the MORRIS family I learned of a connection to the SYMONS family. Katie MORRIS nee Freedman was Great Aunt of Betty Ormorod nee Gruner. Please do not ask me for more info on SYMONS because all that I know is in this post. Isabella (Belma) SYMONS was married to David GRUNER and they had 2 children, Tony (b. 1921) + Betty (b. 1924) I cannot find a record of David & Isabella's marriage, which might of course verify her maiden name. David died in 1958; she in 1981. Isabella (Belma) SYMONS' mother was Sister Symons nee Freedman. If Sister (strange name -- may be wrong) is a Freedman then she is likely family & originally from Stopnice, Poland, as was Katie Morris. -- Kindest Regards, Ann Florida USA
